Tell us where you want to grow.
A few quick questions about what you want to achieve and the style that feels like you, then a time to talk. By the end you will see what we would look at first — no obligation, and you keep the plan whatever you decide.
Good to know
- Where we areOttawa, Canada
We work with businesses across Canada; being local just means we can come to you.
- Reply timeOne business day
Every enquiry, including the ones that turn out not to be a fit.
What happens next
- 1We read it properly
A person reads what you wrote — not a scoring tool — and replies with either a time to talk or an honest note that we are not the right fit.
- 2A 30-minute call
How customers find you, where they drop off, and what the digital side could realistically do about it. No slides.
- 3A written plan
What we would build first, what it would cost, and what could wait. Yours to keep, and yours to take elsewhere if you like.
Your details go to the studio inbox and nowhere else. No mailing list, no CRM sequence, no reselling — the only thing they are used for is answering you.
The things people ask on the first call.
Answered here so you do not have to spend the thirty minutes asking them.
Do you work outside Ottawa?
Yes. We work with businesses across Canada, and most of the work is remote regardless. Being in Ottawa only means we can sit across a table from you if that is easier.
What does it cost?
The first conversation and the written plan cost nothing. Builds are quoted as a fixed price against that plan before you commit — there is no hourly meter running and no invoice you did not see coming.
We already use Shopify, Square or Calendly
Then the first question is whether it is worth keeping. Sometimes the answer is yes, and we connect it rather than replace it. We will tell you that even though it is the smaller job.
How long does it take?
A focused first build is usually weeks, not quarters. We scope small deliberately, put it in front of real customers, and grow it from there.
Who writes the copy?
We do. One 30-minute interview covers it — you should not be writing your own web pages at 11pm.
What happens after launch?
Hosting, security and updates are handled. Most clients keep a monthly growth plan for campaigns, new features and a regular look at the numbers — but it is optional, and everything stays yours either way.
