One system instead of five subscriptions
Website, bookings, store, follow-up and reporting, built as one thing. What each piece does, what it looks like from your customer's side, and how we scope and price a project.

Most small businesses don't have a website problem. They have a pile problem: a website builder, a booking app, a store plugin, a mailing tool and a spreadsheet holding it all together. Each one works on its own. None of them talk to each other, so someone — usually the owner, usually at night — copies things between tabs.
We build what you need as one system instead. Here's what that looks like from your customer's side first, then piece by piece.
One booking, start to finish
To make it concrete, follow one customer through a salon site built the way we build them. The salon is fictional, but every step is something we set up.
- 1
They search
"Haircut near me," at 10:45 on a Tuesday night. Your Google profile comes up with recent reviews, your hours and a Book online button.
- 2
They book and pay a deposit
They choose Thursday at 11:30 with Maya and pay a $25 deposit. No phone tag, no waiting until you open in the morning.
- 3
Everything else updates itself
The booking lands in Maya's calendar and creates a customer record. A reminder is scheduled for the day before.
- 4
They show up
The reminder goes out Wednesday, and Thursday's 11:30 chair isn't empty. That's the whole point of deposits and reminders.
- 5
They come back
The next day, a short note asks how it went and links to your Google reviews. Five weeks later, another suggests it might be time to rebook.
- 6
You see what worked
At the end of the month, one plain-language page shows where bookings came from and what's worth doing more of.
Nobody copied anything between tabs. That is the entire idea.
Get found
Before anything else, the right people need to find you — on Google, on a map, and increasingly through an AI assistant.
Websites that convert
Fast, accessible, mobile-first pages, with copy we write for you after one interview. Every page has one obvious next step: book, buy or ask for a quote.
Local SEO & Google profile
Search setup, location pages and a Google Business Profile that put you in front of people three streets over, not three provinces away.
Readable by AI assistants
Every site we build publishes a clean, machine-readable copy of itself. When someone asks an assistant for a plumber nearby, your pages can be read and quoted instead of skipped.
Win the customer
Once they've found you, the job is to make saying yes easy — at 11 pm, from a phone, without calling.
Booking & scheduling
Customers book, reschedule and pay deposits themselves. Staff calendars, buffers between appointments and reminders that cut no-shows.
Online store
Products, gift cards and packages, with live inventory, local pickup, shipping and secure checkout.
Smart quotes & lead capture
Forms that ask the right questions, collect photos and price the obvious jobs, so you only call back the ones worth calling.
Bring them back
Winning a new customer takes far more effort than keeping one you already have. This is the part most small businesses never get around to, so we make it run on its own.
Email, SMS & reviews
Reminders, thank-you notes, win-back messages and review requests that go out at the right moment, without anyone remembering to send them.
Portals & memberships
Logins where clients see their bookings, documents and invoices — or members-only content, class passes and subscriptions.
Run the business
The last piece is the back office: getting paid, and knowing what's working.
Payments & invoicing
Deposits, invoices and recurring billing, tied to the bookings and jobs they belong to. Fewer chases, fewer "did they pay?" moments.
Monthly growth report
One page each month, in plain language: where customers came from, what they bought and what's worth doing more of.
What we connect instead of building
We build most of this into the platform, but not everything. Where a specialist is genuinely better — card processing, sending text messages — we connect an established service once, properly, and test it end to end. You still have one team to call when something looks off, and it's still one system from your side.
How we scope and price a project
Everything above is a menu, not a package. Most businesses don't need all ten things; they need the two or three that fix whatever is costing them customers right now.
After the first call you get a written plan and one fixed price, before you commit to anything. There's no hourly meter and no tier to squeeze your business into. Projects tend to grow in three steps:
- Get found. A website, local SEO and your Google profile. Usually live in about three weeks.
- Take bookings or orders. Add booking or a store, with payments and reminders. Usually four to six weeks from the start.
- Run on it. Client portals, campaigns, invoicing and reporting, phased over two or three months.
Each step adds to what's already there. Nothing gets rebuilt, and you never pay twice for pages you already have.
That's possible because it's all one platform, and it's ours. When you're ready for the next step, it's an addition, not a new project.
